By accessing or using Homon.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms govern all users including customers, sellers, professionals, real estate agents, local shops, and artists.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Homon.in. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Homon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. For Business Users (Sellers, Professionals, Agents, Shops, Artists)

• You must submit accurate business information and valid documents during registration.
• Listings, portfolios, and products must be genuine and accurately described.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, quotes, and commitments made through the platform.
• Homon reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listing that violates our policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content or listings
• Harassing or abusing other users, professionals, or Homon staff
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose under Indian law
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

6. Transactions & Payments

Homon acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Payment terms, delivery, and disputes are between the respective parties. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Homon.in — including the brand, design, logo, and platform code — is the property of Homon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users retain ownership of content they upload, but grant Homon a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users or service delivery issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
